How to Clear Your Cache

We’re sorry you ran into an issue using our app. We are working hard on a fix, but we’ve found that clearing your cache can help resolve the issue in the meantime. Below are instructions on how to do this on Windows, Mac, and different web browsers.

Windows

Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the Clear All History dialog.
  3. Select “Everything” from the “Time range to clear” drop-down menu.
  4. Check the box next to “Cache.”
  5. Click on the “Clear Now” button.

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the Clear browsing data dialog.
  3. Select “All time” from the “Time range” drop-down menu.
  4. Check the box next to “Cached images and files.”
  5. Click on the “Clear data” button.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the Clear browsing data dialog.
  3. Select “All time” from the “Time range” drop-down menu.
  4. Check the box next to “Cached images and files.”
  5. Click on the “Clear” button.

Note: Microsoft Edge is primarily available on Windows. If using the version based on Chromium (like Microsoft Edge for Mac), follow the instructions for Chrome on Mac.

Mac

Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Press Command + Shift + Delete to open the Clear All History dialog.

Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click on “Safari” in the top menu and select “Preferences.”
  3. Go to the “Advanced” tab.
  4. Check the box next to “Show Develop menu in menu bar.”
  5. Close the Preferences window.
  6. Click on “Develop” in the top menu.
  7. Select “Empty Caches.”
