Holly Spinks is the Chief Clinical & Compliance Officer for Jasper Health, where she oversees all care-related programs and policies impacting Jasper Health. Specifically, she is responsible for Jasper Health’s clinical operations to include clinical quality, initiatives to improve cancer disparities and psychosocial cancer care, clinical innovation, clinical transformation and oversight of the company-wide delivery of care to ensure excellent patient outcomes and experiences.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare management, Holly has a depth of experience across the care spectrum and demonstrated results in leading diversified clinical and operations teams, business strategy development, account management as well as designing new opportunities to meet evolving enterprise client needs. She is a highly accomplished clinician, with her clinical career beginning in pediatrics, emergency medicine and oncology care and progressed to clinical leadership roles within clinical and operation teams across for-profit and non-profit businesses, with a focus on determinants of health and population health.
